A Relaxing Sunday Evening

Well, it is mostly relaxing. I’m a bit sad that I had to close my patio door. My neighbor is smoking, and it is nicely wafting into my home. NOT GOOD! Especially not with it being a bad allergy day. I should amend that and say a bad allergy weekend. It is the time of year, though…

I spent a large portion of the weekend reading. I finished Sherrilyn Kenyon’s Born of Shadows, Charlaine Harris’s Dead Reckoning, and Pamela Clare’s Breaking Point. Of the three, Breaking Point received my highest rating.

Not much else new to report. Willow is growing into her new haircut. She doesn’t seem to be as upset as she was. Thank goodness! Who would have thought a cat could be such a drama queen! The knee is still there. Round two of physical therapy has started. Still no running – very sad about that. Ballroom dancing has been interrupted due to the knee. UGH! But, on a good note, I made a yummy batch of homemade mac and cheese for dinner.

Tonight I am going to work on some short story revisions. I’ve completely neglected my own writing this weekend – not a good thing. I need the practice, and a couple of my stories have some things that need fixing (and obstacles that need to be overcome)!
