This is my #FridayNotReccomends post and that would be Verizon Wireless. I can’t tell you how many people I’ve spoken with today to get some resolution to my SECOND defective mobile hotspot. Shame on me for not being on the internet every night within the 14 day period after purchase to ensure the mobile hotspot was working correctly. Maybe if I had, I wouldn’t be in the situation I’m in now.
The tech guy on the phone was pulling at straws. He told me that both devices must have slipped through their rigorous 100 point inspection – yep, even he realized how lame that sounded.
So is there really anyway to work with a corporate giant? I doubt Verizon would care less if they lost my business. It is truly sad that they are so focused on making money that they don’t care if their customers are satisfied.
